For pairing, messaging, location-sharing, safety, or privacy help, contact the Sidequest pilot team.

Email support

Include your app version, iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, and a description of what happened. Never send invitation codes, encryption keys, or private message content.

Quick checks

Pairing invitations expire after five minutes. Generate a new QR code or link if needed.
Bluetooth and Local Network permissions enable nearby delivery. Internet delivery can still work when those permissions are unavailable.
Location is shared only while enabled. Location and battery timestamps show when the last authenticated update was received.
Blocking prevents direct contact and hides the blocked person’s content within a shared Fam.

Report abuse or objectionable content

Use the in-app Report or Block controls when available, or email us with enough context to investigate. Reported public pins are hidden for the reporter immediately. We review abuse reports and may remove content or access.

Safety: Sidequest is not an emergency service. Do not rely on it for emergency communication, medical care, evacuation, or guaranteed location accuracy.
